It owns the brands Mindspace, Commerzone, Crossword Bookstores and Shoppers Stop, and is the second largest commercial developer in India. Under the Mindspace banner, K Raheja Corp also operates Mindspace Office Parks, which is a real estate investment trust (REIT).
